This presentation will outline a unique generational approach to the diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidaemia, from childhood to old age. You will hear an overview of The Lifespan Pathway for Lipid Management 2024, a best practice clinical pathway, underpinned by national guidance. Brief case studies will bring the pathway stages to life and help visualise the impact for our patients. By taking this generational approach to service delivery, you can support improvement in clinical outcomes for people at risk of, or who already have cardiovascular disease (CVD), and would benefit from lipid interventions to reduce CVD burden. | ||||
