Priorities in CV population health for Pharmacy - Helen Williams – Consultant Pharmacists and Long-Term Conditions Lead and National Specialty Adviser for CVD Preventation, SEL ICS, UCLPartners and NHS England

  1. To understand the key population health priorities in CV disease in England
  2. To be able to describe the national initiatives being implemented to address CVD population health management
  3. To be able to identify how pharmacists can contribute to population health management in all sectors 

 

This event will be funded by pharmaceutical companies through event sponsorship and sponsored sessions.These companies will have no input into the design or content of the event agenda aside from their own sessions, but will be in attendance on the day.
