Ted Butler

Ted is the founder and Chairman of PM Healthcare (previously Pharmacy Management), and is based for much of the year in Australia. In his youth he was a noted rugby player and coach and still follows the game closely. If you press him very hard he may occasionally accept a small glass of red wine, just to be sociable.

Ted has worked within PM Healthcare since its inception and has led on major projects in both secondary and primary care in all 4 countries of the UK.

Throughout this period the company has forged relationships with many pharmacy organisations and Health Boards across the UK- leading to the creation of a comprehensive meetings programme across the year in all home countries.

Tackling challenging communication issues for the improvement of patient care through pharmacy is a subject relished within PM Healthcare

Once the email file is closed and work concluded, Ted still follows closely developments in rugby and is known now to be an avid “armchair watcher” of the sport.
