Principal Pharmacist – Community Services/LIMOS, Pharmacy
Starting her career as a clinical pharmacist in hospital, Michelle later became a community services pharmacist for an integrated acute and community Trust and as such has experience and understanding of the challenges around medicines across care interfaces. Michelle is now Principal Pharmacist for Lewisham Integrated Medicines Optimisation Service (LIMOS) and continues to provide medicines governance support to the community services within Lewisham. LIMOS aims to improve patient safety around medicines at both an individual patient and systems level across both the health and social care, and primary and secondary care interfaces.
